Connecting Instagram
- You need a professional Instagram account (Business or Creator). A personal one can be switched in Instagram: Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account.
- Connect with the «Connect Instagram» button (or /instagram). Log in to the business account, not your personal one.
- During the beta we first add your account as a tester: in Instagram open Settings → Apps and websites → Tester invites → Accept.
- If the connection drops, connect again with the same button.
How to send material
- Best: «📤 Upload from gallery» (/upload) — no compression, no size limit.
- Or straight into the chat as an album (Telegram compresses photos; videos up to 20 MB), or a link to a Google Drive folder shared by link — I pick up new files every 6 hours.
- One job — one batch: 4–15 photos or a video. Close-ups, daylight, process in order, the last shot is the result.
- No material now? Add it later: «📋 Menu» → «➕ Material». If there are too few shots, I'll ask for more.
- Social media managers: one shared folder with a folder per client (inside: Material, References, Fonts, Price list, Brand style); send the bot the link to a specific client's folder.
Posts
- You send material → I ask what to make (carousel, stories, reel) and what the post is about → I send a ready post with a caption.
- Mixed material in one batch (say, an unboxing and a product showcase) — I'll ask which story to build from. «✍️ In my own words» — type or say by voice what exactly to make.
- A process — an unboxing, a treatment — is edited step by step, in the order it was filmed.
- ✅ Publish — goes live right away; ✏️ Fix — write or record what to change; ⏭ Skip — not published.
- Reels have «📲 I'll post it myself» — to add trending audio in Instagram — and «✂️ Edit in CapCut»: the edit without text or sound, with the titles as text.
- Nothing is published without your yes — a tap or your approval in autopilot.
Content plan
- /plan — a 4-week plan from your material and brand guide, marked «material ready» or «to shoot».
- Have your own plan? «📋 Menu» → «📅 Content plan» → «I have my own plan»: text, screenshot, PDF, Word or a Google Doc / Sheet link.
- The plan opens by link on any device: share it with your client and add it to your calendar (iPhone, Google, Outlook).
- Approve or adjust with the buttons under the plan; make a new one with /plan new.
- Autopilot — «📋 Menu» → «🤖 Autopilot»: posts for the week or month ahead, to plan; approve them all at once («✅ Approve all») and they go out on time.
Free trial and payment
- 14 days free from the moment your questionnaire is done; no card needed. The trial is once per person, at the Standard pace: up to 7 feed posts and 6 stories a day. Invited by a colleague — 30 days and up to 15 feed posts; via the beta link — 2 months. Need more posts — "+5" and "+10" packs: with Stars — «💳 Subscription», by card — «🧾 My account».
- Then a subscription per Instagram account, monthly or yearly. The price follows your business's country — all plans: socialoop.me/pricing
- With Telegram Stars — «📋 Menu» → «💳 Subscription»; by card — «📋 Menu» → «🧾 My account»: the bot sends you a personal link.
- Cancel any time: the plan runs to the end of the paid period; the current period is not refunded.
- Discounts: beta participants — 20% forever; social media managers — 10% for 4–9 accounts and 20% for 10 or more. Discounts don't stack.
- Invite a colleague — /invite: they get 30 days free, you get +1 free month after their first payment.
My data
- /export_data — a copy of all your data; /delete_data — delete your data and material.
- Material is kept for up to 60 days; published material — 30 days after publishing.
