How it works

How Socialoop runs a travel business's Instagram

Socialoop is a Telegram assistant for tours, excursions and villa, apartment, yacht and car rentals. You send photos and videos from trips and properties; the bot picks the best shots, builds reels, carousels and stories and writes captions in your guests' languages. Nothing goes out without your “Publish”.

  1. 01

    Send photos and videos

From a tour, a yacht or a property — into the chat as files from your gallery or as a Google Drive link. Even hundreds of shots a day — the bot sorts them.

  2. 02

    Get ready posts

A carousel of the best shots, a reel along the route — from the pier to sunset — and stories of the day. Captions in two languages if your guests are international.

  3. 03

    Tap “Publish”

Or approve the week with one tap — in high season, when there's no time.

Weekly plan

A week in season.
One tap.

The bot builds posts to plan — you approve them all at once, and they go out on their own.

What to post

Series that work in travel.

  1. 01

    Route of the day

A carousel: the stops in order, the best view last. It shows what people pay for.

  2. 02

    On-the-spot reel

The sea, the road, the first minutes on board. Reels like this reach people who don't know you yet.

  3. 03

    Inside the property

Villa, apartment, car — everything guests will see on arrival. Your own photos only.

  4. 04

    Guests

Happy faces and reviews — with guests' consent. The best ad for people still deciding.

  5. 05

    Local tips

Where to eat, when to go, what to bring. People save it before a trip.

  6. 06

    Free dates

Stories like “spots left for Thursday” or “villa free from the 12th” — when dates open up.

Socialoop knows these series: it plans the month for your niche and country and tells you what to shoot.

Advertising rules

Permits and numbers in your listings.

Socialoop writes captions to your country's rules. It never invents permit or registration numbers — it asks you.

  1. Dubai: holiday homes

Every holiday home needs a permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET); the permit number goes in every listing of that unit.

  2. Dubai: rentals via a broker

Rental ads, like sale ads, need a DLD (Trakheesi) permit; the number and QR code go in the ad.

  3. France

Furnished tourist rentals (meublés de tourisme) show their registration number in the ad. Once the national registration service launches — planned for Q4 2026 — registration becomes mandatory in every municipality.

  4. USA: reviews

Real guest reviews only: the FTC bans fake and AI-written ones. Fines exceed $50,000 per violation.

Travel business FAQ

  1. How many posts do I need in high season?

In season — 4–5 feed posts a week and stories every day: route, reel, property, guests. Off season, 2–3 a week is enough. Plans include up to 8, 15 or 30 feed posts a month.

  2. Does it work for yachts, car rentals, villas and tours?

Yes: tours and excursions, yachts and boats, car and scooter rentals, villas, apartments, guest houses and small hotels — anything with photos and videos.

  3. Do I need a permit number in a Dubai rental post?

Yes. Holiday-home listings show the DET permit number; broker ads show the DLD (Trakheesi) permit number and QR code. The bot never invents the number — it reminds you if it's missing.

  4. How do I shoot photos that sell?

In daylight or at sunset, horizon straight, a wide angle without distortion; people in the frame natural, not posing. Send everything — the bot keeps the best and drops duplicates and dark shots.

  5. Can I post photos of guests?

Only with their consent — especially if faces or children are visible. Socialoop publishes nothing without your “Publish”.

  6. Which languages are the captions in?

Your guests' languages: English, French, Italian, German, Ukrainian and Russian. Two at once if you like.

  7. How is Socialoop different from a social media agency?

An agency in Dubai charges AED 5,000–15,000 a month (≈ €1,200–3,500; our survey of public price lists, October 2026) and still asks you for the footage. Socialoop starts at €29 a month: you shoot, the bot does the selection, editing, captions and publishing. It doesn't run ads or chat with guests.

  8. How much does it cost?

Free for 14 days, no card needed. Then a subscription per Instagram account: from €29 a month in Europe ($29 in the USA), with its own price in other countries — see the pricing page. Pay with Telegram Stars in the bot or by card.
