How it works

How Socialoop runs a café's Instagram

Socialoop is a Telegram assistant for cafés, restaurants and bars. You send photos and videos of dishes, the room and the kitchen; the bot picks the best shots, edits reels, builds carousels and stories in your style and writes captions in your guests' languages. Nothing goes out without your “Publish”.

  1. 01

    Send photos and videos

Dishes, the room, the kitchen — into the chat or as a Google Drive link.

  2. 02

    Get ready posts

A new-dish carousel, a kitchen reel, stories of the day — captions in two languages if your guests are tourists.

  3. 03

    Tap “Publish”

Or approve the whole week with one tap — while you run the service.

Weekly plan

A restaurant's week.
One tap.

The bot builds posts to plan — you approve them all at once, and they go out on their own.

What to post

Series that work for restaurants.

  1. 01

    New dishes and specials

A post or carousel: the dish close up first, then the details and plating.

  2. 02

    Behind the kitchen door

A short reel: the chef, the fire, the dish coming together. It makes people hungry.

  3. 03

    Atmosphere

The room, the light, the music, Friday night — what brings people back a second time.

  4. 04

    The team

Chef, baristas, waiters: faces make a place feel like yours.

  5. 05

    Events and offers

A story and a post on the day: tasting, live music, lunch menu — to plan.

  6. 06

    Guest reviews

A story with a guest's words — with their consent.

Socialoop knows these series: it plans the month for your niche and country and tells you what to shoot.

Advertising rules

Alcohol in your posts.

Socialoop writes captions to your country's rules — and adds required notices by itself.

  1. France (Loi Évin)

Drinks advertising may only give objective information — name, strength, origin, ingredients, how it's made and served — nothing about lifestyle, parties or sport, and must carry the health warning; fines go up to €75,000. The bot adds the warning itself when a caption mentions alcohol.

Café and restaurant FAQ

  1. How many posts a week does a café need?

3–4 feed posts and stories every day — especially before lunch and in the evening. Consistency beats volume. Plans include up to 8, 15 or 30 feed posts a month.

  2. How do I shoot food on my phone?

By the window, in daylight, no flash: flat dishes from above, burgers and desserts at an angle. Send a few shots of one dish — the bot picks the best.

  3. Can I post guests?

Only with their consent. Socialoop publishes nothing without your “Publish”.

  4. My guests are tourists. What about captions?

Captions can be in two languages at once — for example English and French. Six languages in total.

  5. Can I post about cocktails and wine?

Yes, within your country's rules. In France, drinks ads may only give objective information and need the health warning — the bot adds it itself.

  6. How much does it cost?

Free for 14 days, no card needed. Then a subscription per Instagram account: from €29 a month in Europe ($29 in the USA), with its own price in other countries — see the pricing page. Pay with Telegram Stars in the bot or by card.
