For wedding and event planners and decorators

Instagram for weddings and events.
The party's over — the case study is ready.

Photos and videos from the event go to Telegram or as a link to the photographer's folder. A case-study carousel, a reel and stories go out once you say yes.

How it works

How Socialoop runs a wedding planner's Instagram

Socialoop is a Telegram assistant for wedding and event planners, decorators, florists and hosts. You send photos and videos from an event — even hundreds of files as a link to the photographer's folder; the bot picks the best shots, builds a case-study carousel, a reel and stories and writes captions. Nothing goes out without your “Publish”.

  1. 01

    Send the event shoot

As a link to the photographer's Google Drive folder — the bot downloads the photos and videos itself. Or straight into the chat.

  2. 02

    Get the case study

A carousel through the event: venue, decor, ceremony, guests, finale. A reel from the videos, shots in order.

  3. 03

    Tap “Publish”

Or approve the week with one tap — while you prepare the next event.

Weekly plan

A planner's week.
One tap.

The bot builds posts to plan — you approve them all at once, and they go out on their own.

What to post

Series that work for event agencies.

  1. 01

    Event case study

A carousel from venue to finale: what you came up with and how it turned out. The main format for new enquiries.

  2. 02

    Atmosphere reel

First dance, fireworks, guests' emotions. Emotions sell better than words.

  3. 03

    Decor and details

Flowers, table settings, light — close up. Couples save these ideas to their boards.

  4. 04

    Behind the scenes

Setting up the venue, the rehearsal, the team at work — it shows what clients pay for.

  5. 05

    Couples' reviews

The couple's words and thanks — with their consent. The strongest proof.

  6. 06

    Venues and destinations

A wedding in Cyprus, Dubai, Italy or Bali — with your own photos from those venues.

Socialoop knows these series: it plans the month for your niche and country and tells you what to shoot.

Wedding and event planner FAQ

  1. How many posts a week does a planner need?

2–4 feed posts — case study, reel, details — and stories of the preparation. More in wedding season, less in winter. Plans include up to 8, 15 or 30 feed posts a month.

  2. The photographer sends hundreds of photos. Can the bot cope?

Yes. Send a Google Drive folder link — the bot takes up to 1,000 files at a time, drops duplicates and dark shots and picks the best.

  3. Can I post photos of the couple and guests?

With their consent — best written into your contract with the couple. Children — only with their parents' consent. Socialoop publishes nothing without your “Publish”.

  4. Can I post the photographer's pictures?

The photographer owns the rights: agree on publication and credit them in the caption. Ask — the bot adds their handle.

  5. What music goes on the reels?

Sound is added in Instagram itself: reels come with an “I'll post it myself” button — the bot sends the video and caption, you add the music in the app.

  6. Does it work for decorators, hosts and florists?

Yes: wedding and party planners, decorators, florists, hosts, caterers and venues — anyone left with photos and videos after an event.

  7. Which languages are the captions in?

English, French, Italian, German, Ukrainian and Russian. Two at once works well for destination weddings.

  8. How much does it cost?

Free for 14 days, no card needed. Then a subscription per Instagram account: from €29 a month in Europe ($29 in the USA), with its own price in other countries — see the pricing page. Pay with Telegram Stars in the bot or by card.
