How it works
How Socialoop runs a school's and an expert's Instagram
Socialoop is a Telegram assistant for schools and courses, language schools, kids' centres, tutors, coaches and experts. You send photos and videos from classes, talks and events; the bot picks the best shots, builds carousels, reels and stories and writes captions in your tone. Nothing goes out without your “Publish”.
- 01
Send photos and videos
From a lesson, a talk, a graduation or a conference — into the chat or as a Google Drive link.
- 02
Get ready posts
An “inside our class” carousel, a reel from a talk, stories of the day. Captions in your tone, from your questionnaire.
- 03
Tap “Publish”
Or approve the week with one tap — especially during enrolment.
Weekly plan
A school's week.
One tap.
The bot builds posts to plan — you approve them all at once, and they go out on their own.
What to post
Series that work for schools and experts.
- 01
Inside a class
A step-by-step carousel: the group, the tasks, what the lesson achieved. Students and parents see what they pay for.
- 02
The teacher or expert
Who teaches: experience, approach, certificates. People choose a person.
- 03
Student results
Performances, projects, certificates — with students' consent, and parents' for children. No “guaranteed results”.
- 04
Useful tips
A tip, a common mistake explained, an answer to a question — in the caption of a real class photo.
- 05
Events
Open lesson, graduation, a conference talk — announcement and recap.
- 06
Enrolment
Group start, free places, trial lesson — stories on the right dates, to plan.
Socialoop knows these series: it plans the month for your niche and country and tells you what to shoot.
School and expert FAQ
How many posts a week does a school or expert need?
2–4 feed posts and stories almost every day; more during enrolment. Plans include up to 8, 15 or 30 feed posts a month.
Can we post photos of children?
Only with parents' consent — best in writing, at enrolment. The rule about children without consent is built into how the bot prepares content, and nothing goes out without your “Publish”.
We don't have many class photos. What should we shoot?
Hands and notebooks close up, the board, the group from behind, the “got it” moment, the teacher at work. The bot tells you which shots are missing for the plan.
Does it work for an expert without an office or groups?
Yes, if you have photos and videos: consultations, talks, events, working days. You share the insight in the caption — the bot writes it in your tone. Text-only carousels without photos aren't supported yet.
Can we promise learning results?
Better not: “B2 in 3 months, guaranteed” or “earn after the course” risk complaints about misleading advertising. The bot writes about the process and students' real results — with their consent.
Does it work for a kids' centre?
Yes: clubs, development classes, kids' parties. The key is parents' consent to photos.
Which languages are the captions in?
English, French, Italian, German, Ukrainian and Russian; two at once suits a language school.
How much does it cost?
Free for 14 days, no card needed. Then a subscription per Instagram account: from €29 a month in Europe ($29 in the USA), with its own price in other countries — see the pricing page. Pay with Telegram Stars in the bot or by card.
