How it works
How Socialoop runs a trainer's Instagram
Socialoop is a Telegram assistant that turns your class videos and photos into Instagram posts. It picks the best moments, edits a reel in the order of the class, builds carousels and stories in your brand style and writes captions — without the claims that get you in trouble. Nothing goes out without your “Publish”.
- 01
Film as usual
A few short clips from a class — into the chat as files from your gallery or as a Google Drive link.
- 02
Get a reel and a carousel
Shots follow the class: warm-up, exercises, finish. A carousel and stories from the same material.
- 03
Tap “Publish”
Or approve the week with one tap — posts go out while you teach.
Weekly plan
A studio's week.
One tap.
The bot builds posts to plan — you approve them all at once, and they go out on their own.
What to post
Series that work for trainers and studios.
- 01
Workout reel
A short clip from class: movement, rhythm, the energy of the group. The main way new people find you.
- 02
Exercise technique
How to do it right and the common mistake — a carousel or a reel. People save it.
- 03
The trainer
Who teaches: experience, style, certificates. People come for a trainer — and stay for them.
- 04
Client stories
A client's journey — with their consent and without “lose 10 kg in a month”: results differ.
- 05
Schedule and spots
New group, free spots, open class — stories on the right days, to plan.
- 06
Atmosphere
The room, the light, the music, people after class — what brings them back.
Socialoop knows these series: it plans the month for your niche and country and tells you what to shoot.
Advertising rules
What fitness ads can't promise.
Socialoop writes captions without guaranteed results and warns you when your text is risky.
USA: client results
A before/after or “lost 15 kg” reads as a typical result. If most clients get less, the ad must clearly state what's typical — a vague “5 to 25 kg” doesn't count.
Source: FTC, 16 CFR 255.2
USA: reviews
Real ones only: the FTC bans fake, bought and AI-written reviews and bought followers. Fines exceed $50,000 per violation.
Source: FTC, 16 CFR Part 465
European Union
Falsely claiming that classes, massage or a programme cure illnesses is always an unfair practice.
Everywhere
Clients on camera — with their consent; children — with their parents' consent.

Trainer and studio FAQ
How many posts a week does a trainer or studio need?
3–4 feed posts, two of them reels, and stories almost every day: schedule, free spots, behind the scenes. Plans include up to 8, 15 or 30 feed posts a month.
How do I film a class on my phone?
Phone on a tripod or against a wall, the whole body in frame, light from the front rather than a window behind. 3–6 short clips from one class are enough — the bot picks the best moments.
Can I film clients in class?
Only with their consent — especially if faces are visible. Socialoop publishes nothing without your “Publish”.
Can I post client before/afters?
With the client's consent, yes — but without promising “everyone gets this”. In the US the typical result must be shown next to it. The bot writes captions without guarantees and warns you if your text is risky.
What music goes on the reels?
Trending sounds are added in Instagram itself: reels come with an “I'll post it myself” button — the bot sends the video and caption, you pick the sound in the app. Business accounts have a smaller music library than personal ones — that's how the licences work.
Does it work for yoga, pilates, dance and martial arts?
Yes: any studio with class videos — yoga, pilates, stretching, dance, martial arts, gyms, personal training, massage and spa.
Which languages are the captions in?
English, French, Italian, German, Ukrainian and Russian; two at once if your group is international.
How much does it cost?
Free for 14 days, no card needed. Then a subscription per Instagram account: from €29 a month in Europe ($29 in the USA), with its own price in other countries — see the pricing page. Pay with Telegram Stars in the bot or by card.
