How it works
How Socialoop runs a clinic's Instagram
Socialoop is a Telegram assistant that prepares a clinic's Instagram posts from your photos and videos: doctors, rooms, equipment, how a visit works. The bot writes captions to your country's medical advertising rules and flags anything risky. Nothing goes out without your “Publish”.
- 01
Send photos and videos
Doctors, rooms, equipment, sterilisation — into the chat or as a Google Drive link.
- 02
Get ready posts
Carousels, reels and stories in your clinic's style. Captions without guaranteed results or banned words.
- 03
Check and publish
Show the post to whoever signs off your advertising, then tap “Publish” — or approve the week with one tap.
Weekly plan
A clinic's week.

The bot builds posts to plan — you approve them all at once, and they go out on their own.

Inside the clinic
Reception, waiting area, the team's day. Familiar faces build trust.
Socialoop knows these series and medical advertising rules: it never suggests before/afters or patient reviews itself — if you ask, it makes them and warns you about the risk.
Advertising rules
Medical advertising rules on social media.
Medical advertising is the strictest kind. Socialoop writes captions to your country's rules and warns you when a post is risky.
Dubai
Banned: “best”, “only”, “unique”, “safest”, “miracle”, “100 %”, “no side effects”, “instant results”. Posts naming the clinic are approved by its medical director. Before/afters — the same person, unedited, with a note that results vary; patient photos and words — with written consent.

USA
Claims about treatment results need scientific evidence. Patient photos, stories and reviews in marketing need the patient's written authorisation.

France
Doctors and dentists may share their qualifications, experience and practice details — fairly and without encouraging unnecessary care. Not allowed: patient testimonials, comparisons with other doctors, promotions and discounts.
Ukraine
No guaranteed effects, patient reviews or thank-you letters, before/afters of treatment or doctors in the ad; the self-medication warning is mandatory.

Clinic FAQ
Can a clinic post before/afters?
It depends on the country. In France and Ukraine it's high-risk or banned; in Dubai — only the same patient, unedited, with a note that results vary. The bot never suggests before/afters itself; if you ask, it makes them and warns you about the risk.
Can we post patient reviews?
Not in France or Ukraine. In Dubai and the US — only with the patient's written consent. The bot never writes reviews on behalf of patients.
Which words can't a clinic use in ads?
Guarantees and superlatives: “best”, “only”, “safest”, “100 %”, “no side effects”, “instant results”. Dubai bans them outright; elsewhere they risk a fine. The bot doesn't use them.
So what should we post?
Your doctors and their experience, how a visit works, equipment and hygiene, aftercare and prevention, answers to common questions. It builds trust and is allowed almost everywhere.
Does it work for dental and aesthetic clinics?
Yes: dental practices, aesthetic medicine clinics, cosmetology and private doctors. Medical aesthetics follows medical advertising rules — the bot takes that into account.
How many posts does a clinic need?
2–3 feed posts a week and stories a few times a week: trust matters more than frequency. Solo (up to 8 a month) or Standard (up to 15) is enough.
Does the bot publish without us?
No. Only after “Publish” or on an autopilot you switched on yourself. You can show each post to your medical director first.
How much does it cost?
Free for 14 days, no card needed. Then a subscription per Instagram account: from €29 a month in Europe ($29 in the USA), with its own price in other countries — see the pricing page. Pay with Telegram Stars in the bot or by card.
